WOW. As I write this, my wedding is exactly 6 weeks away! Time has flown by. Since my last blog post, I had an incredible bridal shower, found an amazing DJ thanks to one of my bridesmaids, and put my Aunt to work on the decorations.

It’s weird to think that in 6 weeks, I will stand in front of all of my favourite people and vow to love my best friend for the rest of my life. To think that at my next birthday and at Christmas, I’ll be someone’s wife. It’s CRAZY, but SO exciting!
The Three W’s
1. Workouts
For the months of June and July leading up to August 4th (yay!) I am following Charity’s Summer Shred and Fed program. Each day, she sends a workout using the Train Heroic app, and there are usually 3 options for that workout: ‘At Home,’ ‘HIIT,’ or ‘With Dumbbells.’ This allows anyone from a beginner to a pro to follow the training program and be challenged. I did this program last year and loved it! I’ve never sweat so much in my life. I can’t wait to see the final results it provides before the big day! Recently, I’ve noticed that a pair of my bathing suit bottoms that were always a little saggy, now aren’t – haha. Squats work. Trust me.

2. Wellness
I still take my probiotic every morning with a glass of warm lemon water. It feels weird now when I don’t. Some days I forget to take the Omega-3 and Vitamin D, but no one’s perfect. I do my best to eat healthy, and drink lots of water. I notice a HUGE difference when I keep this up for long periods of time. What you put into your body is so important. When your hormones are balanced, so many annoying problems like bloating and blemishes go away or are less frequent. I still find I’m bloated the first couple of days that I have my period, but other than that, I’m rarely bloated anymore, and it’s awesome!
