As many of you know, this December I will be having my first baby. When I found out I was pregnant I started wondering how I was going to balance running a business and a taking care newborn baby but I strongly feel that this is the path I am supposed to be on and I plan to move forward with it. So here is what is going to happen over the next few months:
1 on 1 clients: I will be taking on new clients throughout October but as of November will not be taking on any new one-on-one clients for the months of November and December. I will instead be committed to finishing up the packages current clients have purchased and getting ready/enjoying the arrival of Baby Elliott. If you’ve been considering doing some sessions with me, I suggest you book your first one this month! Otherwise, you will be waiting until the new year.
Online Groups: There are two groups coming up in the next few months that I will be running online. The first is Healthy For The Holidays starting November 5th and running for two weeks. This group is all about getting out out of the November slump and establishing good habits that will see you through the hectic holiday season without the usual exhaustion, weight gain and stress! Upcoming Events: I feel blessed to be a part of two great events coming up over the next two months. First is the Inspired Women’s Conference. It takes place October 20th at the Days Inn here in Sault Ste Marie. It’s a day filled with amazing female speakers, vendors and a delicious lunch catered by café Natura with dessert by Feeding Your Soul Café. You can purchase tickets and read more about that here. The second event is Ladies Night on November 16th at Café Natura. I have teamed up with fellow nutritionist Jaime Brideau to bring you a night of fun, learning and delicious food. This fall has brought some amazing new clients and opportunities, I am so grateful for all of the support I have received and I have a lot of exciting things up my sleeve for next year.
