Summer is almost here! If you’re like most people, you have probably been preparing to bust out the shorts, tank tops and bathing suits. Maybe you’ve been working hard all year so that you can feel comfortable in your own skin. Maybe this was another busy year and you didn’t have time to take care of yourself. Either way, this program is for you!
What is it?
Shred and Fed is all about keeping you healthy throughout the summer. The program includes:
- A private members Facebook group
- 5 weekly workouts with your choice of in the gym or at home
- A weekly nutrition challenge to keep you focused
- Access to a registered Nutritionist
- 12 weeks of accountability
I know its a fun and busy time of year, which is why all the workouts should take you 20 minutes or less! All levels of fitness are welcome!
How does it work?
Monday through Friday I will post a workout in the group. When you have completed it, you can comment below the post. You can share your scores or just your experience. At the beginning of every week I will post a nutrition goal/challenge for the week, this will not involve eliminating any of the foods you enjoy throughout the summer. Have questions throughout the 12 weeks? Post them in the group or send me an email!
